England - Wales
5/9-5/25/2005

Dear Friends:

It has been two weeks since I got home from our last ministry trip and I'm finally getting back to my normal routine of life (whatever normal is for me).  First of all I want to thank all of you who prayed for us as our team of dancers made our way to Wales and England for sixteen days.  Secondly I want to thank all who have so faithfully given your financial support for our ministry.

Sometimes I wake up in the morning and wonder if what I have been experiencing as a Native person is real.  I sit and wonder at the things that God has, and is, accomplishing through our ministry.  Sometimes the things I hear from people that we have ministered to sounds like they are talking about someone else and not me and our team.  I would like to share with you what your prayers and financial support accomplished in May.

The only word that can describe our ministry trip to Wales and England is AWESOME.  God did more than my minute mind could ever imagine.  It was not a vacation like most of my ministry trips.  I always tell people that our ministry trips are not for those who are weak and faint of heart.  We were in Wales and England for fourteen days.  Our team arrived in the UK and hit the road running and in the twelve days of ministry we did 28 1 1/2 to 2 hour presentations.  Out of the 28 presentations, we did five evangelistic meetings in which we saw 31 people come to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.  We helped pass out 1,200 invitations to our programs and gave out about 300 gospel tracts.  In the five presentations I estimate we gathered about 100-plus follow-up information forms for the pastors so that they could follow up those who were interested in coming back to church.  Along with all these, thousands heard the Gospel and will not stand before the Lord without excuse.  God is awesome!

As we danced in one of the churches one pastor came to me and said, "What you have done is ignited a spark in our community that will not be stopped.  You have shown us that we can bring this troubled community together as one, both Christian and non-Christian.  What we saw tonight was a miracle."  He said this as over 110 people filled the little auditorium in an area of England that people dare not go because of the bad reputation the community is known for. In one community six churches came together as one for one night.  They came from all different denominational backgrounds.

The pastors were excited as 11 people came to Christ that night.  One of the pastors told me that a new spirit of excitement had been released among the people of God.  "...and next year we expect bigger and greater things to happen," he said.  Another pastor shared this about the team while in Wales: "The message of the Gospel you shared is so simple that even a baby can understand, but the message of the freedom to worship God as Welsh is so powerful."

Pastor Alberta from London wrote the following, "Your coming to London was a big blessing to the church [New Genesis) it was the first time we've held a program and seen so many unbelievers in the church.  To me a great seed has been sown in their hearts.  We will not stop praying for them till we see God bring them into the church."

So as I reflect on our trip to Wales and England, all I can say is that God gave us strength to dance and to go where other Christian groups might not dare to go.

I want to thank the following for their sacrifice of love and time to make this trip a successful one:
