First of all, many thanks for praying for our time in Sedalia, Missouri where I did the hoop dance and conducted a Native-style church service on Sunday morning.
I also did a lot of dancing. It is always a blessed time when I am asked to do the hoop dance because it gives me the opportunity to share what God has done in my life and what He continues to do through the gifts and talents He has given me. It gives me the opportunity to share about His healing power and all the doors He has opened for me to share the gospel all over the world.
It is a blessing, as Indian people throughout the circle give their 'amens' and 'praise the Lord'.
After the hoop dance, I share the money people honor me with, with the drum. I lay the money on the drum and shake all the singers' hands and thank them for the good song they have given me. As I shook the hand of one of the singers he said to me, "Thank you for your testimony; it was very powerful." One of the lady back-up singers said to me as she shook my hand, "Your testimony was powerful. I love that you share the gospel through the hoop dance. Thank you for your testimony."
We had over 100 people come to our Sunday morning church service. Throughout the day on Sunday morning, Indian people kept shaking my hand and telling me, "Your talk this morning in church really spoke to me and touch my heart." I just want to praise the Lord for the open doors and the opportunities He has opened to share the gospel and maybe just touch one person for His Kingdom.
